Our vision: Is to revolutionize the way people approach their healthcare. By working with us, our clients will have more hope, more control and will be better equipped to advocate for their own health.

Core Value

Move ALL Ways

We aim to help our clients move always and ALL ways. We know the power of movement from our training, our experience and as evidence from the research. Therefore, movement and exercise as therapy is a cornerstone for all of our treatment plans. We want our clients to experience the joy of movement.

CORE VALUE

Take the Time

Recovering from an injury or managing a painful condition will take time and require patience. We want our patients and our staff to both feel and live this value. Our commitment to our clients is to take the time to hear their concerns and understanding their goals. Our commitment to our staff and ourselves, is to take the time for self-care and self-compassion.

Core Value

Know Pain, Know Gain

We value growth and developing resilience and this little play on words serves as an excellent reminder that in order to grow, we must go through the uncomfortable change process. Sometimes, this means we may experience pain or stress. It is important for our patients and staff to have a deep understanding of pain in order to know when to push forward and when to reign it in.

Core Value

Trust

Whether we are talking about trusting a process, trusting each other or developing trust in the therapeutic relationship, Trust is at the heart of everything we do. We like to refer to Brene Brown's BRAVING Inventory when we refer to how we build trust. Briefly, the seven elements of trust at Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Non-judgement and Generosity.
