Functional Strength Training Series

Fall Sessions

September 5th to October 26th

October 31st to December 21st

8 weeks at 2-3x/week

Tuesdays & Thursdays

10:15 AM, 11:15 AM or 12:15 PM

Mondays & Wednesdays

10:15 AM or 12:30 PM

This series is structured specifically develop strength and improve your everyday function


Kinesiology incorporates the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology, as well as other biopsychosocial factors. They are trained to treat and prevent injuries and improve movement and performance. 


This is a 4 week introductory course on Strength Training. This is a great place to start if you have never strength trained before or if you are returning after a long absence. It will introduce you to the 6 basic functional strength training movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull and Core/Carry

GLA:D® Canada is an 7-week education and exercise program for those with hip or knee osteoarthritis. Our next session begins November 6th, 2023.
